It’s for Bonin’, Dude!
It’s the Season One Finale, honeys! We have some exciting announcements for you so don’t skip the Intro, ya skippies. Alison has her very first treasure segment, she covers the story of Babe & Doc Noss and the Treasure at Victorio Peak, Eliza tells us the heartbreaking saga of Kari Lynn Nixon and we have a call to arms for you, Re-Solvers! See the letter below to keep a true monster from being paroled. Finally, Karlin covers the murder of Dexter Stefonek. We also review all of the cases that were solved by Unsolved Mysteries so far.
As you'll hear in Eliza's segment, Robert Anthony Jones is up for parole in August of 2019. Kari Lynn Nixon's mother has asked on previous parole hearings that the public submit letters to the parole board urging them to keep Jones in prison. If you would like to do so, follow this link to submit a letter online. You can copy and paste the information below as a letter template to make it quick and easy, or write your own. Subject: Please DENY parole for Robert Anthony Jones
Dear Members of the Board of Parole of New York State,
I am writing this letter to implore you to deny the parole of Robert Anthony Jones. His murder of Kari Lynn Nixon was brutal and callous. Kari Lynn Nixon's family has suffered immensely for the past 32 years, they do not need their suffering compounded by knowing the man who murdered their daughter is out of prison. Please keep other young women safe by continuing his incarceration indefinitely.
Thank you for your consideration in this case and your service to our justice system.
